The PE-04582-A bearing housing is a flight-critical Inconel 718 component machined complete in a single 5-axis setup. Eliminating re-fixturing holds bore-to-bore position within ±0.005mm and removes a common source of stack-up error on multi-operation parts.

Each unit is produced against validated tool paths with in-process probing, then verified on a CMM and shipped with a first-article inspection package to AS9102 — so the part arrives audit-ready.
